I have dealt with Granchelli Construction over many years, they are hands on, professional, and competitive. When you give them a job, you can bet you’re in the best hands possible. My projects have been far from me, so I needed someone I could trust. I got that exactly with Granchelli!.

Your team was very professional, talented and nimble in the face of all challenges that we encountered along the way. Armando was a fantastic project manager and Steve was a very good site manager. Your team members were always available to respond to all of the questions and concerns that we had. In this date and age, it is very unusual that a project of this complexity could be completed on time and on budget. Our 16K sq/ft addition was just as planned and became fully functional within a week of the sign-off. We basically hit the ground running with all systems working as planned. Again, the Emu Plastics team wants to express our appreciation and recommendation to Granchelli Construction. When we decide to do this again, Granchelli will be the first on our list!

Granchelli Construction had excellent work quality, time-management, conflict resolution, and diligence. They performed and completed their punch list items in a timely manner, provided completed warranty documents, and performed warranty items efficiently. We are willing to continue working with Granchelli Construction on future projects.
