Scope Of Work
- Preparing project site drawings and producing staircase architectural, electrical, illuminations, and air conditioning plans.
- Demolishing of suspended metal stud and gypsum board ceiling in order to make room for timber grand staircase.
- Constructing timber grand staircase composed of straight stairs with a curved lower end including Granite or Traver-tine threads and metal spindles.
- Installing floor tile and base board in the interior of Bride/Quinceañera room.
- Modifying existing air duct and air vent for Bride/Quinceañera room.
- Installing plumbing lines and tying them to existing lines for Bride Quinceañera private restroom.
- Installation of electrical runs for switches, outlets, and plates.
- Tying electrical runs into existing breaker panel.
