- Construction of 9 large classrooms (930 sq ft per room), 5 being PreK4 classrooms, 4 being Kindergarten with a 252-student seating capacity
- Construction of 1 Flex room, 1 large central storage closet, 1 girls restroom, 1 boys restroom, 5 PreK4 restrooms, 3 small general storage room accessible across stall restrooms.
- PROJECT SCOPE Great Room:
- Improvement/renovation, a warehouse that will be transformed
- 1 large open cafeteria/gym space with a 295-student seating capacity
- 1 servery for future on-site food preparation
- 1 storage closet adjacent server
- 1 girls restroom, 1 boys restroom, 1 adult restroom, 1 general storage room
