(1) Preparing project site drawings and produce staircase architectural, electrical, illumination, and air conditioning plans.

(2) Demolishing of suspended metal stud and gypsum board ceiling in order to make room for timber grand staircase.

(3) Construction of timber grand staircase composed of straight stairs with a curved lower end including Granite or Travertine threads and metal spindles.

(4) Installation of floor tile and base board in the interior of Bride/Quinceañera room.

(5) Modifying existing air duct and air vent for Bride/Quinceañera room.

(6) Installation plumbing lines and tying them to existing lines for Bride/Quinceañera private restroom.

(7) Installation of electrical runs for switches, outlets, plates, and lights.
