With over 15 years of invaluable industry experience, Eliza brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Office Manager, a position she assumed in 2019. Her responsibilities include overseeing all office operations, leading a dedicated staff, and maintaining seamless communication between the Owner, Project Manager, and the entire team.
Eliza’s exceptional leadership and organizational skills ensure the efficiency of company processes, contributing significantly to the success of each project. Before joining Granchelli Construction, she gained comprehensive administrative experience in the healthcare sector, where she honed her skills in accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and various aspects of human resources.
Despite juggling full-time work and studies, Eliza’s dedication to personal and professional growth culminated in her earning an associate degree in business administration from South Texas College in 2016.
Eliza’s extensive industry experience, coupled with her exceptional organizational skills and dedication to ensuring proficient project management, makes her an invaluable asset for clients seeking efficiency and excellence in every aspect of their construction projects.
